Soliciting comments on some codes of the attached map

This is the proof of my reading and copy and paste of my research that Japanese applied reversed engineering to hide their code

Cracking JN-25 required two steps, the first being to crack the cipher scheme, the second being to figure out the underlying code values. The fact that the Japanese couldn't replace their code books more often than once every several months meant that cipher sequences were often reused. Eventually, the Rochefort group was able to build up their own cipher table, and if one crib could be identified in a message, it could be used to index into the Americans' reverse-engineered cipher table, allowing decipherment of the rest of the message.

Reverse Engineering, was that the proper terminology, maybe that term will apply with NS South Pointing Compass.The Japanese never was able to decode the Navaho Language.. The Choctaw Language was used in WW1 and the Navaho Language was used in WW11. Click on the Link. JN25 is the project of the US Navy Codebreakers stationed in Hawaii, trying to decode the Japanese Navy Operational Code.

This is the stone map that I want to interpret and I'm hoping that you can help me with this. Please tell me something about your interpretation with it and how would you do it. I still have another stone map but for the mean time I want to interpret this first. I also have lots of stones that have different markings.
