A Turtle marker is a POINTER that indicates a direction.  The head is the pointer, up or down pending direction.  Heads are not found turned right or left.

tnx Sire, do you have an estimate distance from the turtle sire?

Draw a straight line starting from the tail and then going across the head.  Proceed in that direction in units of measure of 1 Meter.  Like, 1 Meter, 2 Meter, 3 Meter and so on.  It could even be a kilometer.  It could point into the ocean as well so in that case look for a sunk wreck or barge or what not dumped in the water.  The turtle head/nose is the pointer like a sword is a pointer.

Z

Its pointing NE towards the ocean, we are already exploring the ocean floor, hopefully its still their.  Their is also another turtle beside this one, I use it as my pp, its pointing SE.

do try to look for some stone map, there's usually one near the main marker and some about 20 to 50 meters away supporting the main stone map. this will be a big help on your dig. Good luck and be safe! Big deposits means big traps!

Thank you for your ideas guys, I really appreciate it.  We dive NE on the direction of the turtle head.  What does the word " CHITA" or "MUTA" means?

The Word  चिता CHITA = FUNERAL PYRE, And MUTA (ˈmuta) =  (gen) "moulting (Brit)", "molting (US)"

The two turtles are clues to your easier target. First turtle is pointing to NE the other to SE. Figure this out: direction of vaults aligned like stairway is usually North to South and vise versa, (smallest which is shallow to biggest deepest vault). Look for signs at NE and SE that those turtle are pointing and if you found those two signs are exactly aligned North to South then you got the vaults alignment. Your next task is to figure out the smallest one. Is it in the north or south? That is crucial to easy success, if you mistakenly dug the biggest vault then you may fail. Vaults buried like stairway are commonly 5 to 7 cache with 3 to 5 meters interval in depth.
Failures made them perfect yet perfect are generous to make themselves masters of their knowledge!
