It's probably a Zinc Anode. You can always drill some shavings and bring those to a lab for testing.

i think that would be a platinum, 950 stands for 95% and 5% of it from other metal.

There's no platinum to be found in the Philippines. It's definitely NOT platinum.

sir king, you are near davao city. why dont you have it tested with davao mineral laboratory? that is only 1350 pesos.

we've seen the same metal in the second picture, if your around davao we probably met the same owner, it's nothing valuable, best guess was some kind of armour plate. they've been trying to sell that for years already, many foreigners have checked it, someone would have monetised this by now. they like to thin anything yellowish is gold and anything silver-like is platinum, but they are rarer than an honest politician in PH.

actually this thing is from my friends, they send a picture for the view, but i dont have any idea about this metal..
