on the 1/5 capacity of soil sample per ballmill, it yields a good 3.1 grams of au = php 4,860.00

... if we make a full capacity of this sample....3.1grams x 5 = 15 grams au
15 grams x php 1600 = php 24,300.00 per 1 ballmill

we are going for the "bulsada" volume of free gold, that could possibly be in kilograms...

unfortunately some untoward incident happen, our operation is halted due to some issue.... well update when we resume...

thanks ghost,

you know, previously, we offered two holes to operate, this one in good production is mine previously, but due to some constraints, i offered it to somebody with a share, and we concentrate on one hole.   ......we are just 15 meter distance from them, and soon we will catch up!........

the present situation is that, ore extraction is halted (that includes us), but their milling continues until their stock ore is exhausted....maybe before Christmas, i can have my one share from them....

A holy thursday & good friday visit to my first love, Mining.

No action yesterday and today on treasure hunting so i visited my modest ballmills and now the full tailing pond.
We emptied the already full tailing pond, put the tailings in sacks ("puyong").
In a few days we will schedule for C.I.P plant for the processing of the tailings.
I am expecting to harvest maybe to a few hundred plus grams minimum to 200 grams plus maximum of gold production.
The price of "raw" unrefined gold presently is 2,000 pesos per gram and for the refined its 2,100 pesos per gram.
Some photos from my visit below;

.8 grams mercurized gold product in a 58 kilos ores sample from ballmilling.
This is only 30-40% of the total gold content reflected, 60-70% of its gold content is in the tailings.

We are now doing multi tasking, me on the treasure hunting side and my wife on the mining side, she is now assisting my son and some people there in Compostela valley for the C.I.P processing of our tailings and by God's grace, we will be expecting some few grams of Raw Gold within 3 days, just crossing my fingers now.

Seek and ye shall find, knock and you will be opened"
Be God's good steward
Seek his wisdom and you will find those things..

ben,

its nice to hear that you're doing good on your project.....as for me and my project, in just two weeks from now....i decided to pull-out my equipments, for all this months, if not break even on production/expenses, we are left in debt....... i guess this small scale mining is not for me, (for now)..... so im resting my case....lessons learned, that next time......

Bfgates friend,
Why not concentrate on the milling side of mining, the business side of mining is in fact has no sides, its like a round ball where every periphery within its diameter is a business oppurtunity.
So far, i concentrated on the ballmilling  part. I set up my own ballmills. Even if you just let it stand alone, miners would flock at your mills to have their test loads. So you see, half of my tailings comes from the miners test loads. I also buy ores which i deemed "good" or "hi-grade".
I stopped on the tunnel financing side,,its too heavy to begin with.
Though in small scale mining and in Filipino miners in general, when we speak of mining, they easily correlate it to financing and tunneling but the least focused on the business is on Ballmilling and C.I.P plant.
In the two its mostly win-win.

Bfgates don't quit... a quitter never wins, a winner never quits.
Just change your focus and focus on the ballmilling part.
