500 MT for TEST Buy! Well, do you happen to know someone who has 500 MT of Gold for sale?? Is this some kind of sick joke, or what, Renantiur?

I really get a tickle out of these people who are offering such ridiculous amounts of Gold for sale.. especially when they can't even produce ONE 6.2KG bar but they can try to negotiate 500 MT to sale. Get real, brother. :D

I was also amazed by the magnitude of the quantity being offered by vincent as the initial quantity for testbuy.

For one, 500 Metric Ton is already an unbelievable number, except if you are Ferdinand Marcos or his descendants or some of his minions or caretakers.  Again, i dont know if these number of tons ever really existed and hoarded by a single person.

Second, testbuy is supposed to be a sample transaction where both parties are testing the waters, so to speak.  For the buyers, they are still skeptical as to whether the gold item being offered for sale are genuine. Hence, the sellers would like to test the bars during the testbuy. In fact, some buyer's would have as a precondition, a pre-assay stage (stage before the testbuy).   For the sellers, they would also want to test whether the buyer is a legitimate buyer and has the financial capacity to pay for the transaction.   Hence, for legitimate sellers, they would always desire that the transaction be made within the bank's premises since they would like to be paid right after the final assay and they would like to be secured using the bank's facilities and assistance.

In short, both the buyer and the seller would like to test such quantities that they are most comfortable with to better serve their abovementioned objective.  either they testbuy one bar or few more bars but personally i think 500metric ton is way just too much during testbuy.

Again, i dont know if such 500 metric tons are real.  but we cannot discount possibilities.

My impression is on the veracity of the claim of vincent . First, I was having doubts if there is such a seller with that 500 metric tons nowadays.   Second, I was just puzzled at how it was easy for vincent to claim that they can buy as much as 500 metric tons for a testbuy.  For sure, if someone is selling with that unbelievable quantities, the seller is expecting he would get paid in a reasonable time. I was just pondering if the buyer can pay for those 500 metric tons in one day of transaction.

That was the reason why i was asking from vincent an explanation so that any doubts about his process of buying transaction will be erased once and for all. perhaps, he can show to us his buyer's buying procedure for a start or he can explain the specifics of the buying transaction, particularly the payment issue ,  of the 500 metric tons, if that was ever real.

With such a preposterous claim, the supposed to be buyer knows that nobody can come up with 500 metric tons of AU. My suggestion, just let it it be and let that Buyer and Vincent  wait for an eternity and NADA, no Seller.

Based from our RELIABLE INFORMANT....there are indeed foreign groups who buys substantial amount of treasure gold in Mindanao. CLUE: observe some Private planes in Gen San, CDO or Davao airport with some armed escort... that's treasure gold.  :o . They hauled one ton per plane trip...for how many months or year they have been doing these?  I have no more idea.
According to our informant it came from one of big vol sites that local politician/treasure hunter had recovered and they bring it to Hongkong or Europe smelting companies.

In fact the  "foreign friends" of TSEATC member had done that kind of private plane treasure escapades route also...di nga ako binalatuhan nakakainis.

But of course, local treasure hunter doesn't knows these kind of gold transactions bcoz its supposed to be SECRET.  ;D

Anyway i don't know what were there purpose in landing here. they just land here and waiting for someone. that is all i've seen here. do you think a private plane can haul this one ton of gold sir? because in a plane there is a weight limit in it. the type of plane they used i dont think it can haul 1 ton of gold sir.

I am not sure with the model sir but the common used private plane, propeller type, two engine. I think the capacity are 10 persons or less including the pilot. do you think it can lift off 1 ton gold plus baggages and passengers sir. I am not expert in technicality in computing the weight capacity of that plane but  based on my observation i don't think it can.

Reantur,

WHAT WAS THE MODEL OF THE PRIVATE PLANE THAT YOU WERE JUST TALKING?  HOW MANY SEATERS?
I  have no idea, bcoz the info was too limited  and too confidential besides that was 2 years ago. And I was NOT INTERESTED to get the COMPLETE DETAILS bcoz that was not our TH business anyways.

Japhiem,

What was told to me that they will moved 162 pieces 6.2 kilos via private plane and bring it to Hongkong or Europe for smelting. I didn't ask any complete details or ask if gold bars will fit the plane or not. Bcoz thats not my TH business anyways. I just wish them good luck and hope to give me some balato if they encash it....that was the last time I heard from him.

I have no idea if the treasure hoard will fit in the plane or not...I never ask the details.
When they told me about the au source, I know its big. nang sinabi kung saan lugar galing, alam na namin na malaki talaga ang laman dun.

this reminds me of a story told by a real buyer of mined gold from tagum.  in his 20 years of buying experience, he said he has not encountered a single bar of genuine treasure gold. but he has encountered almost 50 instances when people brought fake gold to him to sell.  most of those who sell fake golds are those being duped by syndicates. mostly, after finding out that the sold gold is a fake, those duped big time cried . its always the same story.

he said also, a cashier from banko sentral ng pilipinas also said, he has not encountered any seller selling treasures in bsp davao.

so many buyers, no sellers with genuine treasures. only fantastic tale and stories rehashed and retold by other persons who have not seen any treasure. typical filipinos. no gold treasures, only stories.
