Which one? That American quarter dollar? or the 4 Piseta Gold Coins?

I see, you mean the American Coin. The 4 piseta Gold Coin is almost 12 grams. So if anyone sell it for the gold weight, it is worth PhP 20,400. But if sold for antiquity, it is more than that.
