The Latitude and Longitude shows Northwestern San Manuel, Isabela but there is one problem...there ain't no mountain within the area of San Manuel, Isabela. There could be hills but no mountain there. The nearest mountain is on the other side of the river which is a part of Ifugao Province.

Or am I entirely wrong in identifying the provincial location of the latitude and longitude?
