Why not ask your Japanese friend how to make one for yourself?  Do you have some photographs of that home-made detector?  I would appreciate to see that even just on photo.

Those type of tree branch is not easily accessible, I heard some group used that stick and really something special.

it's not a Y rod made of guava y-trunks, It is like a stick but came from a tree branch, this was the latest information we got from a member of other group and we tried it, it's really different.

it's not a Y rod made of guava y-trunks, It is like a stick but came from a tree branch, this was the latest information we got from a member of other group and we tried it, it's really different.

     First of all, one cannot make a Y Rod out of a Guava Tree TRUNK, maybe with a Guava BRANCH, that tells me how much you know. It can be made from a Willow Tree, Guava Branch or Cassava or even a Flexible Metal Rod and so far that was the only materials that I have seen used on Y Rods.
      Wacky, in your first post in this thread,  you asked if someone can help you make Mercury and Gold.You  will be better off to buy Mercury and it is readily available in Drug Stores instead of asking someone to help you make Mercury and  also Gold, Nobody and I mean Nobody, can make Gold.

I think you can, Mercury can be turned into gold via removing one proton. As you see Mercury has an atomic no. 80 while Gold has 79.
