And the developer will be drilling a lot of holes for pilings for the high rise buildings.  I was at that site 4 weeks ago.

just got an answer from one of my question of interest at the start,
with the fourth character below, but the other one on the grey map
it seems edited when compared with the yellow map character and
too blurry to distinguish. i hope to get a good copy of the yellow map.

many thanks yamideo for the map. do you have also the yellow colored version just like posted by whizkey's of the same place with a lot of japanese character written in it? shown attach herein, the one in the middle, hoping for a clearer of that too. thanks again.

The yellow map seems to point at the world war 2 veterans circle. see shaded portion of that map and the veterans circle. just my opinion. Regards.
