we've seen the same metal in the second picture, if your around davao we probably met the same owner, it's nothing valuable, best guess was some kind of armour plate. they've been trying to sell that for years already, many foreigners have checked it, someone would have monetised this by now. they like to thin anything yellowish is gold and anything silver-like is platinum, but they are rarer than an honest politician in PH.
