It was send to me through mms by one of my friend, it was found near a beach where the Battle of Sibuyan happened

Ha-ha-ha! Sorry! ;D This glass is called "GLASS BLOCK" it is used for decorative wallings or even used for floorings sizes varies from 20cmsX20cms or smaller or bigger...This was perhaps flown here by the sea current from the past TSUNAMI in indonesia! I have many stock of this in my warehouse and i buy them too from jakarta and china as its cheaper...Glass block was introduced last 1975 only so dont connect it to treasure markers..If you want more details about glass blocks, perhaps tseact has many engineers and architects...they can help you identify this...chao!
