I remember there is somebody in the Philippines also got the expensive whale vomit. Unfortunately due to the Law in the Philippines it is not allowed to sell anything from an endanger species.
I don't know what is the update now. Probably if they didn't informed the Government they could sell the item through  other means. LOL !
