Sorry folks, I tried this morning but there was 3 reasons why my neighbor could not do just as we wish or in accordance with our line of thinking. Better ask Ghost about my text message this morning after I went there.

if you have a real items on hand, deal with the license gold buyer and bring your item/s to their office for security purposes or sell it to pawnshop. do not trust anybody that they are buyers, all of a sudden they are thieves and robbers, then the story repeated again and again. DB is right be careful and transact only in the real people who has real business and has a capability to pay your items but if your items are FAKE then you have the FAKE buyer.

Here are the excerpts of sir DB's talk with the political officer of a congressman. 1) maybe the government can not have bulk of the fund needed to operate the government established OPEN MARKET as it will be against the anti-laundering law. 2) there will always be a possibility that foreign gold, precious metals and items holder may come and do business as we can not know where the source came from e.g. pirated sources, stolen, or maybe blood "items" like what happened in Ceylon and Cameron-blood diamonds that finance the atrocities in Africa (there is now a treaty about blood diamonds). 3) there is still an international treaty (don't know if it's still in effect to this date) on the Council of Trent about the looted golds in connection with the real ownership claims of countries involved, and 4) lastly which is rampant in our country, it maybe abused by some politicians that there unexplained wealth came from doing business on the OPEN MARKET. Nonetheless, this proposal if it will take off, will need massive and extensive data study to know if it will benefit the government as a whole.  :( :( :(

With this result, I can now presume most of THrs "finds" will continually be sold secretly; or in the black market. Because selling it (Gold) in an open transactions is too risky....

There is still possibility for that OPEN MARKET proposal despite of many hurdles mainly mentioned by our ghost..Local or International deligates will surely encouraged and illicit metals or stones mostly from africa may enter the market or they may use the market as a GET WAY to further enhanced their strong grips on international cyndicates..If many believes that Philippines is the center of fraudulent businesses well im sorry to say that we are nothing compare to some african countries and eastern europe..
But the issue of having OPEN MARKET is still the best proposal to do..It will create Hundred of thousands of jobs and that will alleviate us from looming poverty..But yet there are difficulties to overcome and they always have solutions. Open Market does not apply only on Metals or Precious Stones. It should include Textiles,Minerals,Raw Materials,Oil & Gas,Manpower,Applied Technologies and many more..There is a very dim chance for us to compete with China as they superceeded us in Cheap Product productions and their products are already widespread world wide..So the only chance for us is to think differently and OPEN MARKET maybe the easiest way..
One very good example is Jebel Ali in Dubai, well its a Freeport in Name but its a huge business world in sense. They are already depleted in Oil revenues but the taxations from this port alone is enough to sustain their economic lifeline despite that most businesses inside the Free zone are owned and run by foreign countries, It created almost millions of jobs participated from almost all people of the world....

Every problem has a solution. The government and private sector must think big on this OPEN MARKET system to boost the economy, as sir Gener mentioned. The think tank of the government should consider the possibility of putting the country in track again on trading and create jobs that surely generate money for the country in doing business in the OPEN MARKET and not only be limited to precious items but the whole trading and marketing concept as a whole. Who knows, the country will be the first to do the one stop shop concept that's way different from the stock trading. I hope this matter can be addressed the soonest, just my humble opinion only.
