Easy. Look for roads being constructed in your area then ask for the name of the contractor. The bigger the project the better. Then ask for the address of the contractor. if you can talk with the foreman, ask if their company is renting out equipment, If not, ask for referrals. You need at least 3 referrals so you can choose since other contractors ask for minimum number of days and mobilization. Before you finally pick one, ask to see the actual equipment. Good luck
