Vintage ITALIAN ROCOCO BRASS Imperial MANTEL CLOCK w/ FHS German Movement and Key. The case is brass, Made in Italy and is in excellent condition with no chips, breaks or cracks measuring 23 inches tall x 13 inches wide x 4 1/2 inches deep. The works are made in Germany, signed FHS 130-070, meaning it was made approx. in 1970 by the Kienzel Mfg. Co. Clock has been tested and is fully functional. This comes with the original key. Please ask any and all questions you have about the item BEFORE BIDDING on it. Questions we receive after the end of auction, when you have won the item and payment is due, will be answered, however they will NEVER be grounds for an order cancellation after you have the winning bid and are in the buyer's contract. It is your responsibility as a bidder or potential winning bidder to read every section of the auction and ask any pertinent questions prior to submitting a bid. Every bid you place is a binding contract to purchase the item. Should your bid be the only bid at the end of the auction, and win by default, you are still locked in a contract to purchase. If you believe you have placed a bid in error or no longer want your bid to be a potential winner, you MUST NOTIFY US PRIOR TO THE END OF THE AUCTION to retract your bid. Your bid will then be cancelled by us and removed from that item's auction.
Any and all post-auction cancellations and returns are subject to a minimum $5.00 restocking fee, or 20% of the final auction price, whichever is greater. Any refunds for the original auction price and cost of shipping, less the restocking fee, for authorized returns (defective or incorrectly listed items only).
All orders are handled within one business day. Any purchases paid for prior 10am MST on a Friday will be shipped the same day. Friday purchases after 10am MST may be processed by the end of the following Monday due to weekend business hours and shipping carrier restrictions. Any orders placed during a holiday will be processed within one business day after the termination of the holiday.
For items purchased with Free Shipping, this does not apply to returns. Should you return an item that had Free Shipping, for any reason, you will be refunded the item amount paid less the original shipping cost we incurred to send it out to you, and less the aforementioned restocking fee. Return shipping cost on such items will also be the responsibility of the buyer.
Items that are NEW are not returnable if they are defective (as we have no control over the manufacturing process, and only act as a retailer on their behalf). You must contact the manufacturer directly for assistance with issues on your NEW item or for any replacements through their warranty (whatever that may or may not entail).
Items over $100.00 in value are shipped insured or/with signature confirmation to protect both parties. In the event that you have made an offer on an item you can not cancel that purchase order. If we have sent you an offer and you accept it, that is also a binding purchase order that cannot be cancelled. Please use the checkout provided. We accept paypal only.
