Remote Sensing could only be done by those who are adept in using ESP...naturally, the "psychics" could do RS. the players of the Stargate project are all psychics/mediums. peeping through the universal record, they could see a future event or event in the past as there is no past or future in the world of mystic only present events. this is what they claimed and i dont know if this is true or not. pseudosciences are good to read. they give you glimpse of the unkowns(to ordinary mortals), but im somewhat hesitant to use it in Thunting as it lacks repeatability and measurement... the USG closed the Stargate because of such reason.
