Japanese failure for ground mapping the PH.

Bong had canceled all Japanese treasure recovery projects.  The new Japanese Prime Minister sent over a special representative to negotiate new agreements, that was just less than 2 months ago.  New agreements have been made.  Bong gets a greater share than before.
